How might we connect two user bases in a new type of working relationship?

The Axxess CEO found a business need for a nursing job marketplace - an “Uber” for nurses.  The catch? He wanted an ultra-lean agile “garage” startup within a business. I used guerilla UX research techniques as well as rapid UI iteration to create a never before seen native mobile app.
